Questions owners ask
Do my customers need an app?
No. They tap the stand or scan the QR code, and their card opens in the browser. They can add PERK to their home screen if they like.
Do I need to print cards?
No. All you keep is the PERK stand. The customer's card is digital and lives in their phone.
What if the customer has an old phone?
Most newer phones read the stand with a tap. For everyone else there is a QR code to scan with the camera.
How much does it cost?
PERK is free for your first 3 months. After that it's one simple monthly price per shop: write to us for the pilot terms.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
PERK is built for GDPR. You see a customer's first name only if they allow it, never their email or phone number, and every customer can delete their account and data at any time. Shops accept PERK's data terms for venues when they sign up.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Nothing is charged during the 3 free months, and after that you can leave with 30 days' notice.
